Your Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

If you are a consumer (not a business customer), you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

  • To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing (email is fine) within 14 days.
  • You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
  • A full refund, including the original standard delivery charge, will be issued once the goods are received in unused, resalable condition.
  • You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied. 

Conditions for Returns

Returned items must be:

  • Unused, in the same condition you received them
  • Complete with all accessories, manuals, and original packaging
  • Securely packed for safe return

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items made to customer specification (custom cables, modified products, etc.)
  • Software, digital products, or downloads once activated
  • Goods that have been damaged through misuse or improper handling

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with details (and photos if possible).
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund, and cover return shipping costs where required.
  • Faulty items are covered by a 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • If only part of your order is returned, shipping charges will not usually be refunded.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
