Shipping and Payment Information

Shipping

Processing time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment being received. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During busy periods (such as around major amateur radio events or the Christmas period), processing times may occasionally be longer. If a significant delay is expected, we will contact you.

Shipping methods and costs

We use Royal Mail, DPD, and other reputable couriers depending on order size, weight, and destination. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before you confirm your order.
For larger or heavier items (such as amplifiers or power supplies), a specialist courier service may be required. If this applies, we will confirm the shipping cost before dispatch.

UK delivery times

• Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days
• Express Delivery: 1–2 working days
These timescales are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, adverse weather, or other factors beyond our control.
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of our order confirmation, you have the right to cancel and receive a full refund. Please see our Consumer Terms and Conditions of Sale (clause 6.2) or contact us for assistance.

International shipping

We ship worldwide. International delivery times vary depending on destination and customs clearance procedures.
Important: International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs charges, or brokerage fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs and are outside our control.
For business customers ordering from outside the UK, delivery terms will be specified on your order acknowledgement. Please refer to our Business Terms and Conditions of Sale (clause 10) for full details on export orders.

Order tracking

Where available, we will provide tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched. For Royal Mail services without tracking, we will confirm the dispatch date.

Delivery address

Please ensure the delivery address you provide at checkout is complete and correct. We cannot accept responsibility for delays or non-delivery caused by incomplete or incorrect address information provided by you.
If no one is available to accept delivery, the carrier will follow their standard process (which may include leaving a card, attempting redelivery, or holding the parcel at a local collection point). Please check your tracking information for details.

Damaged or missing deliveries

Payment

Prices

Consumer customers: All prices displayed on our website are in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT at the applicable rate.
Business customers: Prices quoted to business customers are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. VAT will be added at the applicable rate. For trade account pricing, please contact us.
Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout before you confirm your order.

• Bank transfer (available on request — please contact us before placing your order)
Payment is required at the time of ordering unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

Currency

All prices are listed in pounds sterling (£ GBP). If you are paying from outside the UK, your bank or card provider may apply currency conversion fees. These are outside our control.

Payment security

Pro forma and trade accounts

Business customers requiring pro forma invoices or wishing to discuss trade account terms should contact us directly. Payment terms for trade accounts, where agreed, will be set out in our order acknowledgement and are governed by our Business Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Returns and Refunds

• Consumer customers have the right to cancel most orders within 14 days of receiving the products and receive a full refund (see the Returns Policy for exceptions and conditions).
• Faulty, damaged, or misdescribed products can be returned in accordance with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
